Perhaps the biggest example of just how much this Cavaliers team has grown is a game like tonight. In the middle of a home stand, a bad basketball team coming in, coming off of the emotional lift that came with breaking the team record for wins, looking forward to a Nationally-televised game with a playoff contender on Sunday.
The Cavs had every reason to look past the Minneosta Timberwolves. Perhaps, in the past, they would have and made things extremely difficult on themselves. Not this year, not this Cavaliers team. Continuing multiple streaks, the Cavaliers dominated right from the start and blew out Minnesota, winning their 11th straight game, the 33rd straight win when they enter Chalupa-ville(100+ points) and ran their home record to 34-1.
LeBron did his thing -- 25 points/12 boards/7 assists - and the Cavaliers defense, minus a couple of letdowns midway through the 4th quarter, did a solid job holding the Wolves to 41% shooting.
The most positive sign tonight was Daniel Gibson. Boobie caught fire in the 4th quarter, hitting 4/5 from behind the arc, scoring 12 points. His shot looked good and as Gibson gets healthy you can see his confidence coming with it.
Delonte West is also starting to find his shot, going 5-8 from the field for 13 points.
Overall, it was a strong effort as the Cavaliers beatdown a team they should have beat down. At 59-13 the Cavaliers still hold a 1-game edge over the Lakers for the best record in the NBA.

What's the feeling on the Chalupa barrier amongst fans?
Should there be an unwritten rule in the NBA that if your opponent has 99 points (or 98) with less than :24 seconds to go, it’s kosher for them to attempt a shot…no matter the score?
I mean, people are hungry in times like these. :D
